Rooms merge effortlessly into the dining area and living room and out onto the generous outdoor entertaining decks with stunning northerly sea views. Bi-fold doors open to create ample room to dine alfresco on the large decks.
The garden is full of trees and plantings creating a green, peaceful and relaxing environment. The native birds love this space just as much as we do, and frequently visit the garden and surrounding banana trees.
Kitchen is well equipped with large 5 burner gas stove top, double door fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Both bedroom 1 and 2 open onto the deck and have new Sleepyhead queen beds. Bedroom 3 also has a new Sleepyhead bed. The beds are excellent quality.
Location: parking for 2 cars located on a flat site on the Hauraki ridge. Hauraki Road is the main coastal road between Little Oneroa and Palm Beach. The bus stop (to and from the passenger ferry terminal) is within view of the front gates and only 2 doors away. The Oneroa shops and cafes (1.6km) are 5 minutes by car or bus or an easy walk away.
Sit back, chill out on the decks, soak up the sun, fire up the barbecue and relax for a peaceful island getaway. Visiting in winter? This home is equipped with central heating and a fire place for cozy evenings at home.
Perfect for summer stays with an easy outdoor flow, the house is well located to take advantage of exploring one of the 30 plus vineyards, the olive groves, the beach art galleries or bush walks.

TV is in a dedicated, separate room and is 40\" but close to seating. Enjoy unlimited wifi, and Sky TV. Sky includes My Sky, Basic (50 channels including Discovery, BBC, National Geographic, History, etc.), Movies and Sports.
An old set of golf clubs in a carry bag and balls are available for use. The Waiheke Golf Club welcomes players of all standards and costs only $20 for 9 holes. An extra set of clubs could be made available if required.
Also available are 4 tennis racquets and balls. There are public tennis courts, next to the Waiheke Golf Course, 7km away on the way to Onetangi. The cost to use these courts is only a gold coin donation.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.9% credit card surcharge applies to all card payments.
