Waiheke Art Walks
When: Once a month on a Sunday from 11am – 1pm
Join a fascinating walk of discovery around the art and sculptures near the Waiheke Community Art Gallery at 2 Korora Road, visit a couple of artists’ studios and conclude with delicious refreshments at the gallery with the Director’s insights on current exhibitions. Ostend Markets
When: Every Saturday 7:30am–1:00pm. 76 Ostend Rd, Ostend, Waiheke Island.
Add the markets to your must visit list if you are heading to Waiheke Island on a weekend. Its a perfect family activity and you get to mix and mingle with many locals. Stall holders include local arts, coffee, crafts, clothing, gift ideas, fresh fruti & veges, Waiheke local treats, so there is something for everyone!
