Our Waiheke Escapes Owner Portals allow you to make your own owner bookings or look at important financials 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world with internet access.

Hostaway Owner Portal – Owner Bookings
Our Hostaway owner login enables you to log on at your convenience to access your booking information. View your current bookings and add your own bookings directly in to our reservation system.
Step by step instructions on how to use this simple and effective system, will be issued to all new owners via email, but if you would prefer us to enter your personal bookings for you, we would be happy to do this.

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to owner bookings created on your behalf by the Waiheke Escapes team, will need to be done by us as you will only have access to bookings that you have created yourself.

Palace Owner Portal – Financials
This Owner portal is linked to your holiday home property and our accounting software Palace. This means that you can view your financial details, previous statements, portfolio details, transaction history, invoices, and important correspondence that has been saved in your Owner diary – information will be from 1 April 2021.
Instructions on how to set up your Palace Owner Portal will be issued to all new owners via our welcome email.
