A family’s dream getaway. This property boasts a large fully fenced garden to soak up the long summer evening sun while the kids play. Dining in or dining out? This property has options. Enjoying a BBQ after a stunning beach day. The wrap around deck is partially covered and includes blinds that can be rolled down to stop the rain from coming in or opened up to let the breeze through. With multiple doors that open onto the deck, you can enjoy the outdoor space, regardless of weather.
Inside, the open plan living and dining area can bring the family together. The kitchen is very well equipped. As is the living area, with some toys for your little ones and a large sectional couch if you want to cosy up for a movie.
Start your day with a barista-like coffee straight from the coffee machine while you plan a day of vineyard hopping. We’ll provide you with beans for the freshest brew.
Each bedroom is well appointed and includes a wardrobe, for clothing storage. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate bath tub.
You wont need a car, with a bus stop across the road, and a 4 square just around the corner. This beautiful holiday home is the perfect Waiheke Escape.
On the front of the section is a private, self-contained sleepout, not included in the listing and occasionally occupied by family members who like to keep to themselves. Please note there is space for 2 vehicles to park on the driveway, but we do store a car and boat on site. These are not for guest use.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.9% card surcharge applies to all card payments. Please note this surcharge is non-refundable
